Payment & manual bookings: Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This applies to online bookings as well as slots requested directly with Nicola Louise Osteopathy Limited.
Medical intake form: A medical intake form must be completed at the time of booking to ensure treatment is safe and appropriate.
Pre-booking & suitability: Patients are responsible for verifying treatment suitability and travel logistics before paying. If you have any questions or uncertainties, please contact us before completing your booking.
Rescheduling: Appointments can be moved to a new date or time free of charge up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled slot.
Cancellations (48+ hours’ notice): Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a refund of the appointment fee, minus third-party card processing fees (which are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances).
Late cancellations (<48 hours’ notice): Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or missed sessions, are 100% non-refundable.
